“Nashoba Valley Brewery was in the middle of a brew when the burner on its brew kettle shut down. We made about 6 phone calls trying to get someone to service a commercial propane boiler without any success until someone told us about Nick and how he worked on similar boilers all of the time over in Marlborough (ask Nick). Within an hour, Nick was on site, diagnosed the problem and went in search of parts. Unfortunately, without success. Rather than giving up and allowing us to lose an entire batch of beer, Nick suggested that we utilize a slightly undersized burner that we had from a previous system and dispatched two guys to swap out the burner so that we could finish our beer. The two guys were able to arrive about 5 pm and spent the next 4 hours building and repairing the burner and testing all equipment to make sure that it was safe and secure. Both service technicians were extremely professional and very positive about staying until we were up and operating. During this time they consulted with Nick over the phone, and around 9 pm we were up and operating, saving a batch of Pumpkin Maple Beer, a specialty for our fall season. Nick returned a few days later to make sure that everything was operating and safe, fired up the burner and checked on how we wanted to proceed. It is a pleasure to deal with people who are concerned about your business and professional every minute that they are on site. Going forward, I have no doubt that Control Point will be the only people who service our mechanical systems. They were great to work with, professional and approached billing in a professional and honest manner. ”
