“My system (Custom Comfort heat pump/ & a/c, & air handler) was installed Feb. 16, 2024, so we've gone thru part of the heating season.
The team at Control Point Mechanical was fantastic. They were professional, helpful, & on time!! They answered every question, took care of all the MassSave rebate paperwork, & made the entire process "pain-free". The sales man, Dan, is an experience pro, & always available to answer questions; Angela took care of the scheduling & paperwork, & quickly responded to any of my questions; & the install team was excellent (they were here for 4 days, & I hardly noticed them).
Control Point Mechanical's final price was very competitive, they showed up on time, & did a good job installing a good product – that's "3 for 3" in the contractor world, which is seldom achieved (you're usually lucky to get 2 out of 3).
I had 4 other contractors come visit, & I'm sure I made the right choice with Control Point Mechanical!”

“I've been very happy with the new heat pump and gas furnace equipment Control Point Mechanical installed in January and I couldn't speak more highly of the professional support and service we've received from the entire team at CPM regarding system installation, rebate processing and problem resolution. In my experience, it's quite unusual when the contractor's performance lives up to or even exceeds that in the sales pitch, but that is absolutely the case here! “Another great service call from Control Point Mechanical! As always happens the furnace goes down when I am out of town! No fear! I called Control Point Mechanical and Kenny B. came out and got us back up and running! The important thing to mention is that Kenny made my wife feel confident she would have heat soon and he was able to keep her informed and fully explained what he needed to do. I can't say enough about Kenny! He has such a calming presence and always gets us back up and running quickly?”
“Ken and Sadie were great . I had a no heat call from my tenant being a plumber myself I thought I could work through it. I was over my head I called Control Point Mech and they sent a tech over in less than 2 hours . Ken and Sadie went through everything and determined gas flow problem . They were right on “Point” I called gas co and gas service line was frozen . Any other Co would have replaced everything and still would not have worked . Gas Co came over cleared line all was good . Hat’s off to Ken and Sadie . I will continue to use Control Point Mechanical.”
